Easy Flatbreads

175g Self-raising flour

175g Greek yoghurt

½ tsp Baking powder

½ tsp salt


Add ingredients and mix together with spoon. Knead for a minute or two to bring it all together into a ball.

Divide into six balls and roll out until a few millimetres thick.

Cook on in a hot pan or on a flat BBQ griddle.

Makes 6 flatbreads
