2 Tbs oil
1 brown onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
10 slices of bacon or pancetta, roughly chopped
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbs thyme
1 tsp cinnamon
1 red onion, quartererd
2 carrots, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, halved
1 kg chuck steak, cubed
1 Tbs plain flour
½ cup water
1 tsp beef stock powder
1½ cup red wine
Add ingredients one at a time to already hot pressure cooker, allowing them to fry. Close pressure cooker and allow to cook for 40 mins before releasing steam. Might have to allow it to simmer for a while after to reduce the liquid. Serve with chopped parsely on Paris mash.
